Renew CBD Store sells various CBD products and our quality standards are very high. However, because these products are meant to be consumed, there are limitations to what can be returned or given store credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a store credit of the purchase price within 30 days. On orders that are eligible for a credit, the customer may be required to return the product and just pay for the return shipping. Renew CBD Store is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or credited. Only regular price items can be issued store credit.
